  • Activity: Let's play with blue blocks.

  • Practice:  After that, help your teacher identify the correct color for each ball.

MONDAY, MARCH 2ND:

Language Arts (8:00 - 8:40):

Topic: Dr. Seuss day.

  • Start: Let's start this celebration with our usual greetings. After that, learn about Dr. Seuss, look at his photo and meet his face. Listen about the sense of this celebration: Dr. Seuss Day is a special day when we celebrate the author Dr. Seuss and his wonderful books. He wrote fun stories with silly characters, rhymes, and colorful pictures. Some of his famous books are The Cat in the Hat, Green Eggs and Ham, and The Lorax. Then, go and take a picture with your friends in the spot. 
  • Short story (The Lorax): Listen to the story and look at the puppets: 
In a valley of beautiful Truffula Trees, a man called the Once-ler started a factory. He chopped down the trees to make money, even though a grumpy but kind creature named the Lorax warned him: "I speak for the trees!"

The Once-ler didn't listen. He kept cutting them down until the forest was gone and the animals had to leave. The Lorax flew away, leaving a sign that said: "UNLESS".

Now, the valley is gray and sad. But there is hope! The Once-ler gives a last seed to a young boy. He tells him that unless someone like him cares, the trees will never return. If he plants it, the Lorax might come back.
  • Craft: Make your own Lorax.

  • Homework: Trace The Lorax’s mustache with pencil and color it by following the example.
TUESDAY, MARCH 3RD:

English Time (8:40 - 9:20):

Topic: Bear bread recipe. 

  • Start: Greetings and routine. Listen and sing the song of the week: "If you are happy." Then, look at the bear bread and try to name and describe its ingredients: banana, raisins, bread and hazelnut cream. 
  • Activity: Then, follow the steps to prepare the recipe.
1. Spread hazelnut with a spoon. 
2. Put the banana ears and the nose. 
3. Put the raisins eyes and nose. 

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 4TH:

Language arts (8:40 - 9:20):

Topic: Feelings.

  • Start: Greetings and routine. Listen and sing the song of the week: "If you are happy." 
  • Practice: Then, look at the different faces and their feelings: happy, sad, angry, scared and also you can describe them by colors.
  • Módulo: Color the faces correctly. Look at the pictures and match them to the correct feeling.

  • End: "Bye, bye song"

THURSDAY, MARCH 5TH:

Language Arts (8:40 - 9:20):

Topic: Feelings.
  • Start: Greetings and routine. Listen and sing the song of the week: "If you are happy." Review the vocabulary about feelings. 
  • Practice: After that, classify the faces on the board according to the feeling. Put them in the correct column. 
  • End: "Bye, bye song"

Mathematics (11:50 - 12:30):

Topic:  Big and small.

  • Start: Greetings. Let's do a brain break. After that, look at the animals (Drawings on the board with red marker): What are they? - Crabs. 
  • Practice: Are they the same or different? Compare them by color and size. 
  • Módulo: Color the big and small crab.
  • End: "Bye, bye song"

FRIDAY, MARCH 6TH:

Topic: Happy face.


  • Start: Greetings and routine. Listen and sing the song of the week: "If you are happy." After that, review the vocabulary about feelings. Name the feeling.
  • Practice: Look at the face and copy the emotion it shows.
  • Craft: Make a happy face.
  • End: "Bye, bye song"
