UNIDAD TEMÁTICA:

• Inglés: Celebrate Easter Day and learn all the details related to it. Memorize a song related to the alphabet. Identify the letters of the alphabet. Distinguish consonants and vowels. Classify uppercase and lowercase letters. Learn words with each letter of the alphabet. Recognize the initial letter of your name. Associate a number with its name. Oral counting from 1 - 10 backwards and forwards. Understand the story of 'The three little pigs'. Follow instructions to make a craft. Transcribe numbers names from 1 to 5. 

LUNES 01 DE ABRIL:

Language arts:

Topic: Easter day.

• Start: Watch the video related to the history of this celebration which is focused on Jesus's sacrifice and resurrection. After that, observe the things that represent this day: bunnies that symbolize spring and fertility; Easter eggs that represent the Jesus Christ rebirth.  Finally, listen and sing the following song: "Easter Day Song." 
• Activity 1 (Eggs hunt): Find Easter eggs.
• Dance: "Floor is lava, dance." "Bunny song" "Relaxing time."

• Craft: Make your own eggs basket.

• End: "Bye, bye song"

Alemán:

Tema: Die Farben: grün.

• Actividad de inicio: escucha y practica las canciones de saludo en alemán. Luego, entona la canción de los colores: "Familie Farben". Recuerda los colores que aprendiste en el periodo pasado: Schwarz, Gelb y Rot. Observa algunas frutas de color verde: die Zitrone, die Trauben, die Birne. Descríbelas por su color. 
• Actividad: Haz bolitas de papel cometa verde y decora la pera.
• Actividad de cierre: despídete cantando: "Tchuss, macht's gut, auf wiedersehen."

MARTES 02 DE ABRIL:

Language arts:

Topic: The alphabet.

• Start: listen and sing the following song: "The alphabet song." Observe the alphabet on the board and name each letter. Associate the letters with a picture and sing a song related to it.
• Craft: Paint the alphabet letters using cotton swabs.
• End: "Bye, bye song"

Math:

Topic: Numbers and their names from 1 - 5.

• Start: Count from 1 to 10 backwards and forward. Then, help your teacher match the names with the correct number from 1 to 5.

Science:

Topic: land animals.

• Start: Observe and touch different aquatic animals. Describe and name them out loud and help them get to the water.

Topic: consonants and vowels. 

• Start:  listen and sing the following song: "The alphabet song." Review the letters of the alphabet. Learn that the alphabet is divided into two groups: consonants and vowels. Pay close attention to the letters in red (vowels), name them out loud. After that, identify the consonants with the visual support from the board. Finally, classify the balls. Put them in the correct group: Vowels / consonants.

Topic: Lowercase and uppercase. 

• Start: listen and sing the following song: "The alphabet song." Learn that the alphabet is divided in two groups: lowercase and uppercase letters. After that, observe the teacher match the letters according to their cases. Then, you try.

Topic: The inicial of my name. 

• Start: listen and sing the following song: "The alphabet song." After that, look at the board and review the letters of the alphabet. Then, identify the initial letter of your name.
• Activity: decorate the first letter of your name with pieces of foami.

Math:

Topic: numbers transcription. 

• Start: Count from 1 - 10 backwards and forward by singing. Then, help your teacher complete the name of each number with the missing letter. Choose the correct option on the board.

English Time:

Topic:  a tale. 

• Start: let's make strawberry popsicles. First, name the ingredients of the list, tell your teacher a characteristic about them.
